This workshop offers a different approach - one rooted in self-awareness, nervous system regulation and compassion rather than striving.

• Recognising patterns of overwhelm and over-responsibility
• Mindfulness practices to create calm and balance
• Ways to reconnect with the body and nervous system
• Embracing balance as flexibility and self-trust, rather than control
